Provide counseling or arranges counseling to meet the spiritual needs of the patients/family members/caregivers in a manner consistent with their beliefs and desires and inaccordance with the patient’s plan of care.

- Support pastoral staff in serving the church, provide leadership, biblical instruction, and pastoral care- Alleviate administrative tasks from lead pastor, freeing him to focus on preaching and pastoral care- Provide administrative support for personnel programs, retirement plans and records- Coordinate and provide administrative leadership to assigned committees and ministry organizations- Process outgoing bills, record giving, coordinate payroll and financials with finance committee- Liaison between church board and finance committee on all financial matters- Maintain a financial record system for the church and direct its operation- Direct the daily administrative operation of the church office

The Business Services Supervisor has management and oversight for building market penetration while developing and maintaining strong, credible relationships with regional employers and:- Adopts and implements the Center’s customer service philosophy- Partners with business and industry leaders to develop talent employment strategies that align with business needs- Provides leadership and direction of staff support and resources to ensure successful project deliverables of workforce services contract- Partners with Workforce Project Director to identify system and process improvement opportunities that builds organizational capacity- Identifies potential business development opportunities and referral sources to achieve increased job placement levels- Enhances organization visibility and brand through professional networks and organizations that foster collaborative partnerships- Gains an understanding of key business initiatives, performance evaluations and budget resources to ensure implementation and delivery of services- Coordinates networking and strategic recruitment initiatives to support business customer and connect job seekers to employment opportunities- Demonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures- Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments as required- Provides effective training and support and supervise staff performance

- Screen resumes, interview job seekers and perform other referral work for Concho Valley employers- Conduct intake interviews and determining eligibility - Exercise public relations and marketing work through outreach and hosting of job fairs- Receive employers and job seekers in a business service setting- Support other work activities primarily in employer services- Interact simultaneously with customers and multiple data entry systems to capture/record information- Advise employers on Texas and Federal employment law when requested- Work with WIA, SNAP, TANF and resource room personnel to match job seekers to employer needs
