• Day to day operations and allocation of human and material resources.• Development and management of routine, emergency, non- emergency and end of lease facilities maintenance and inspection program for various retail, banking, student accommodation and residential clients in Victoria and nationally. • Preparation of tender documents, quotes, contracts and invoices.• Understanding of BCA and DDA requirements.• Preparation of documents for work on site including site specific OHSE manual, permits and plans.• Sub-Contractor and employee supervision ensuring correct license, registration and adequate insurance is held. • Co-ordination of on-site works with key stake holders including tenants and on site mangers at all stages of the project to ensure all parties are aware of works and have had input.• Site inspections before, during and post construction to ensure projects are proceeding on target within pre-determined goals for quality, OHSE standards and to client expectations.• Logistics planning including client multi-site national roll outs and overseas visits to different suppliers• Co-ordination of teams working interstate on 4 major roll outs that needed to be implemented quickly and by a set date.• Administration of local and international purchasing.• Control over warehouse and production management reporting to the managing director.
