Proficient with all construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam. Skilled with lighting control including but not limited to Nlight, Lutron, Watt-stopper, and Enlighted. Knowledgeable with the National Electrical Code, Title 24 requirements, and OHSPD building standards. I pride myself in versatility, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
