Final analysis included nearly 200 room temp tensile tests, over 40 high temp tests, and over 20 high temp creep tests.- Leveraged autoclave process model on behalf of production shop, to provide a better understanding of how temperature variation affects solvent removal and part consolidation during the AC process.- Supported outer liner production using the autoclave process model. Provided recommendations on an updated cycle time for a new design while balancing cost and time constraints, extending cycle to achieve adequate solvent removal.- Simulated multi-liner autoclave cycle, to increase shop capacity to run liners in the autoclave by allowing two liners to be run simultaneously.- Managed oxide-oxide mechanical property testing, to understand material property variation due to different bagging methods, ply counts, and amounts of known nondestructive evaluation (NDE) indications.
