Independant part time work designing, creating, and maintaining websites for local businesses and tradesmen using HTML, CSS, and Javascript with additional frameworks and libraries such as React, Sass, Node.js, NPM package manager, and much more. All graphics and designs created from scratch on photoshop, and all aspects of the website such as web hosting, email etc. created, organised and maintained as part of the service.

Front end web developer role that consists of building and styling large scale websites and applications, using PHP, Lavarel, Vue.js, Vanilla JS and Tailwind CSS.

Front end web devloper role responsible for generic front end development of both the Playwaze website, and the new Playwaze app, with a focus on creating responsive views.

This role entailed the management and running of four residential park home sites accross South East England. This included everything from sourcing, hiring, and managing contractors, to holding regular meetings to manage the residential park workers. I controlled the day to day runnings of the parks and the repair and maintenance along with any issues put forth by the residents. I was also expected to show company-owned homes to potential buyers whilst taking information regarding the sale.

This role was created to verify data regarding internal flooding against a definition database, and to adjust priority ratings using a scaleable priority matrix whilst liaising with homeowners, customers, contractors and other departments within the company.
