Politics Graduate with experience of working and volunteering in Politics. I’ve been a member of the SNP since I was 16 and have been using the opportunity to advocate and discuss on issues including social inequality, public service funding, local council matters, election campaigns amongst many other issues.For me, my experience has shown what politics should be about. It should be about empowering people at every level. My experience working as a PA in the 2022 Scottish Local Council Elections gave me experience in this. This allowed me experience in helping a candidate with MS be empowered to be part of politics, all while seeing discussions of local constituents on the issues that mattered to them.
