-Act as Senior Engagement Manager and Team Lead of five professional service consultants. Mentor new hires, provide best practices and establish processes for running engagements.-Manage overall SDLC project lifecycle including project schedule deliverables, resource assignment, and end-user training.-Support the ThoughtSpot sales team on expansion opportunities with customers. Identify areas that will drive value.-Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews, an value assessments.-Frequently lead 8+ customer implementations simultaneously, while expertly managing competingdeadlines and varying use cases.-Support small commercial and large enterprise customers including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JPMC, Anthem Health, CVS, Humana, and Bayer, among others. Many of these engagements have lead to multi-year, million dollar expansion deals, supporting multiple Lines of Business.-Expertly work with Cloud Data Platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse and Google Big Query.-Establish relationships with key executives and stakeholders. Communicate weekly on accomplishments, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure hitting deadlines.-Work with customers to define business goals and objectives, as well as craft solutions to addresslong-term client needs.-Work closely with ThoughtSpot engineering and product teams to identify bugs and feature requests to provide improved solutions for our customers.
