I have had over 20 years of experience working in the software industry. I have a broad range of experiences including product management, account management, consultancy, quality assurance, writing technical documentation and developing technical training programs.In my current role, I product manage 2 software suites. We use AHA as our roadmapping tool. We use Team Foundation Server to manage product development. I have also developed comprehensive user support documentation using Atlassian Confluence.I am passionate about training and enabling people to achieve greater understanding and confidence within the workplace. I am a qualified trainer with experience training on a broad range of software from Microsoft Office applications through to complex ERP systems.In my career, I have worked effectively with a broad range of people from the socially disadvantaged through to Managing Directors. I have worked with many companies assisting their businesses to work more effectively with the software systems that they are using.
