Developed initially as an online e-commerce platform but as consumer demand dictated the business plan was evolved in to a print media magazine. Initially a 26-page bi-weekly magazine was built, over the years, into a 600-page weekly, full colour magazine published in several countries as a market leading product.The business grew and I managed every department from printer negotiations, product placement in stores, staffing, finance planning, sales, marketing and product direction. Eventually the product was moved over to a digital platform, evolving from print to digital.
