In my time at ICB I have been responsible for developing the On Trade accounts in Scotland, Ireland and the North East of England. In addition, I am also responsible for the Wholesale route to market in the North East and work closely with my colleague in Scotland within this sector also. During my time at ICB, I have driven a brand portfolio into the On Trade throughout the specified regions and have managed to grow strong relationships with almost all the the multiple operators in these areas. In the past 2 years, I have been succesful in forging out new business and maintaining signficant year on year growth. I have also assisted our Key Account Managers on development work in Booker & Makro through local relationships and local promotions. Furthermore, my work with on trade retailers has allowed ICB to achieve more listings with the likes of Matthew Clark based on creating customer demand.My main role at ICB has consisted of the following:• Driving Distribution of both new & existing brands• Negotiating Annual Joint Business Plans• Manage product mix to maximise margin• Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms, promotions within business guidelines• Deliver Price increases• Pre & Post Evaluate Promotional Activity – Forecasting ect....• Controlling trade spend• Manage effective communication of brand plans to the customer base
