Very ambitious person who wants to keep improving every day, currently working as a 2D team leader managing a team of weavers and technicians to produce carbon fibre rolls , managing day to day issues that happen on shift and be expected not only to sort issues but finds ways of improving them , making sure production is hitting daily KPI targets and OTIF targets as well as keeping a high standard of quality for every roll produced. I am also stepping in to the production manager roll whenever the production manager is off on holiday which is a fantastic opportunity for me to work towards this position one day.I have a level 1/2/3 in business management techniques and level 2 in team leader awareness course also currently working on a 5S project for the 2D weaving shed.Away from work I am a down to earth and enjoy just having a good time , love my football although there’s not that much to love supporting Everton , currently have my level 1 and 2 coaching badges for football and do coach a under 10 and under 11 team on the weekend.
