My journey as a TRIO Student Support Services STEM Advisor at Virginia Commonwealth University is founded on a fresh Master of Education from Texas State University, with a focus on Student Affairs in Higher Education. In this role, I apply my educational background to promote student success, leveraging skills in coaching, educational administration, and counseling.The experiences gained through my graduate assistantship—planning leadership retreats and coordinating large-scale events—have equipped me to foster an environment where STEM scholars thrive. My goal is to continuously create opportunities for students to explore their potential and lead with confidence.
