Served as lead trial counsel for general contractor in high profile products liability action. Secured nonsuit for large general contractor after three week trial. Consulted clients on risk management considerations for LEED and CalGreen governed projects including drafting contractual language to address green risks specifically. Served as lead trial counsel for professional services consultant defendant in various California wildfire matters.

Sat second chair in bench trial that included drafting and arguing of Motions in Limine, drafting of trial and closing briefs, and preparation of witnesses for testimony at trial. Limited clients liability at trial to less than $10,000 in a breach of contract action where potential exposure was valued at over $1 million. Drafted subcontractor agreements, including indemnity and defense clauses, to reflect recent changes in statutory law.
