I support projects across a variety of practice areas such as industrial, compliance, and due diligence. I have gained invaluable experience managing projects from proposal to final product. This entails client management, budget tracking/analyses, delegation, training, schedule management, regulatory research and agency correspondence, and ultimately ensuring client compliance and satisfaction. This also includes the generation of bid packages for distribution to contractors. My data analysis experience comprises of litigation, site characterization, statistical analyses (mann-kendall, Pro-UCL, etc.), and more. I was the lead operator of the clinical chemistry analyzer and liquid chromatography mass spectrometer. This requires routine maintenance and troubleshooting to be conducted on the machines. Maintenance and troubleshooting requires in depth knowledge on the internal parts of the machines, as well as the ability to identify what the exact issue is. I also scheduled preventative maintenance and communicated with consultants when necessary. I was responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees. This included thoroughly training an ensuring my team prepares specimen to be analyzed by both drug assays with accuracy and precision. Specimen results and drug metabolite levels in patients are examined by me and my team, requiring knowledge of chromatogram outputs and drug metabolites. In addition to proper training I ensured the happiness of my team through communication, safety, and continual improvement. I logged inventory and scheduled shipment of materials, as well as tracked spending and developed a budget. This allowed me to determine where deficiencies are in laboratory costs and improve upon them.

Sterilized purified water system; tested concentration of sterilizer and conductivity of the water system and performed pour plate methods to test water quality with regard to microbial count. Authored and conducted studies on media, which involved long term data collection and summarized reports of data analysis.
