Officer - Transaction Management Analyst - Etf Market Operations
CurrentResponsible for managing the LoB's books of business, executing trades on behalf of client traders, liaising between Placement Agents, Traders, Broker/Dealers, and Fund Managers. Conducts breaks clearing processes and provides clients with direct desk support pertaining to their placement and execution of ETF trades.• Conducts reconnaissance related to continuous net settlements and adjusts client bookings according to confirmed final trade data.• Conducts technology-based testing of order placement platform for technology-related releases, automation, and to improve processes.• Utilizes macros to quickly gather and sort data.• Conducts ETF-related research to satisfy client inquiries.• Collects, mines, and analyzes team metrics to drive efficiency, influence inclusion, maintain accurate data, and inform senior executives of ETF and client-related performance.
