This built into a strategic document delivered to management to get closer to the construction industry.I also now liaise with BIMobject customers to understand better how to deliver more data to design professionals. This includes sustainability data and how this can be used in the lifecycle of a building. Also driving standards and visualising how our data can be aligned with the needs of the industry. Once the customers 'as is' position is identified and a scope of work established, appropriate consultancy and/or innovative technology and software solutions were recommended; such as CAD software, IT hardware, training and consultancy, Building Information Modelling (BIM) consultancy and management, Document Management Solutions (DMS), and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.I manage over one hundred accounts of sizes from ten to over one thousand employees. This management involves detailed and constant activity and recording this activity within a CRM. I was able to use the CRM to program my activities to make sure clients were contacted on the basis required depending on their needs. This management ranged from emailing quotations and/or proposal documents to detailed meetings at businesses offices with board level executives consulting on the current industry direction and tools required to enhance their business and productivity.The big push currently is to enable companies to become BIM Level 2 compliant by the Government's deadline of 2016.
