Implementing different strategies to improve guest service, driving store sales, and increasing profitability. Ensures customer needs are met, maintaining stores appearance with a focus on peek shopping hours, product presentation and company standards. remerchandising departments to gain profitable sales.

Responsible for introducing new product to guests and providing a seasonally relevant shopping experience, as well as educating team members on new product assortment and offerings. Lead the team to deliver accurate and timely transition sets with strategic plans, accurate execution and follow-up using appropriate tools.
