Starting off with a Financial Services Background I eventually moved into Construction in 2006 and quickly gained experience in project management from a client side developer's perspective. Tasks included everything from land purchase, planning consents, design team management, pre-construction information, tender packages, contract negotiations, through to construction phase project management, post completion, sales and accounting. I carried this experience through to my next position which involved the formation and day to day management of a new development company in partnership with an already established main contractor. Here I fine tuned my knowledge and gained more experience from a Contractor's perspective, adding valuable skills such as estimating, site management, health and safety, procurement, planning and delivery of high end residential and commercial properties. I have continued to develop and learn new skills and to help others to learn from my experience
