My responsibilities included the following:- Led a project to design and implement a test bench for high pressure fuel pumps. Collaborated with the engine test and engine calibration team to effectively implement the test bench. Presented project updates to management and received design feedback. Used ETAS software to Modify the engine mapping to allow for desired testing.- Perform part analysis and testing to re-create issues to determine the root cause of the issue- Work with suppliers, the design team, and the manufacturing plant to implement countermeasures- Monitor market trends to identify potential parts quality issues.- Analysis and testing focused on Fuel Injectors, Turbos, ECUs, High Pressure and Low Pressure Fuel Pumps .- Support various Honda factories with powertrain related diagnostic problems (engine, ECU, HEV, fuel system, etc.)
