My career started in October 2020 with a Business Support Administrator role at Zedra. I became familiar with common office processes and how to effectively administrate my responsibilities within the business, namely wills and codicils. As well as this, I was also required to under take post master duties daily, dealing with an approximate 300-400 letters/packages per day for the entire office. These would need to go to the individual administrator within their separate teams, after being scanned and stored on the internal CRM Database, which was all performed by myself. While I was in this role, I was training towards my CF1 Qualification in UK Financial services, which I achieved in August 2021. After my apprenticeship ended, I moved into a Probate Support Administrator role within the same company, where I was required to support 17 probate officers within my team. This support came in the form of client bank account management, document management, letter creation, bereavement forms, calls to companies to chase pending funds to the estate, and much more. While in this role, I was commended for good performance by the company. I left Zedra in 2022, moving into a Contractor Care Administrator role with Millbank Holdings.In March 2023, I was promoted to Recruitment & Data administrator, directly assisting the Key Account Manager of our biggest client within the Nuclear, Industrial and Engineering sectors. during this time, I made several placements at one of our Key Clients, demonstrating myself as a future Recruitment consultant. In October 2023, I was promoted to Recruitment Consultant, placing people in jobs that work for them.In March 2024, I left Millbank Recruitment and joined Rullion as an Account Consultant in an exciting new position, primarily focusing on the Mechanical & Electrical disciplines of contract and permanent recruitment.CF1 Financial Services Qualified.Level 3 BTECs in IT, Applied Science and Business Studies.Experienced in Probate, Administration, Business support, Information Technology, Technical Recruitment (Contract and Perm) and the Financial services sector.
