CurrentSuccessfully built a website development arm of BidWrangler with a focus on bringing beautiful responsive and intuitive websites to the auction industry.Current responsibilities:• Build and maintain websites for auctioneers.• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the best experience for auctioneers.• Establish processes for collecting the necessary components (assets, content, features, styling, etc) from auctioneers or their representatives.• Follow best practices with regard to code quality, deployment procedures, security, and maintenance/updates.• Help to create training and support materials so that customers can self learn. (i.e. youtube videos, FAQ, tutorial)• Work with my team to establish a scalable process for all of BidWrangler, for customers to report issues (questions, technical problems, other inquiries).• Wow customers in every way I can to become known for the best customer service in the auction industry.
