Lead quality technician and 3D laser scanner operator for inspection and reverse engineering. I submitted data directly to customers, worked with engineering and technicians to correct out of spec parts and assemblies, as well as coordinate and prioritize with coworkers. I also created inspection reports, reviewed blueprints from engineering, and developed control plans if needed to ensure consistent production after reviewing the quantity, complexity, and tolerances on blueprints. I also staged parts for either shipping, secondary operations, or outside processing including paperwork. I also developed training manuals and trained others on the laser scanner as well as training new employees on our quality system and basic inspection. I also run the CMM with PC-DMIS when the programmer was gone.

Equipment used included standard table layout equipment, contracer, roundness tester, profilomiter, roughness tester, hardness testers, specific gravity tester, tensile tester, vacuum filtration, torque calibrator, microscope with camera, and other lab equipment. I was also a licensed Medical First Responder and Haz-Mat Technician.
