Responsible for planning, managing, and maintaining cost centres costs across 13 digital programmes. Accountable for the Directorate Business Planning, prioritisation and the detailed workforce information across the portfolio of work.

Responsible for the ongoing auditing of existing receivables finance clients, and sub-let finance clients, incorporating frequency generated audits and risk-based audits, requested by the Relationship Manager and / or Credit Risk function, whereby areas of concern have been identified via financial, covenant or trend analysis monitoring.

I was responsible for assisting the Business Manager in overseeing business banking clients who were undergoing financial difficulties, in terms of formulating a turnaround strategy, undertaking the “day to day” management of the strategy and being the client’s first point of contact.

Undertaken numerous “back-office” duties in a pilot Customer Service Centre which involved the centralisation of circa 50 retail banking branches.
