Current• Implemented a data pipeline DAG using Airflow orchestration to track user engagement history. This data was then leveraged by XFN partners to trigger new experiences for users.• Led the development of a Django API to serve a page for third-party integrations to Sprout. This included plan upsell opportunities for users without access and/or the correct permissions.• Implemented a new Django API to allow each new user the capability to be auto-enrolled in catered experiences in-app.• Migrated an outdated suite of PHP endpoints servicing our in-house support dashboard to a Django API. This allowed for increased testing and visibility via logging in Datadog to prevent broken customer states.• Worked on a growth-centric team, where projects were meant to discover how to grow user retention. Participated in many of these experiments with other software engineers, created SPIKES to understand how users interact with the app, ran deployments to production, and participated in on-call support rotations.• Developed and planned a system for allowing users to downgrade their payment plans by implementing three payment plan adjustment endpoints in Django for recognizing these changes, including a plan downgrade, an upgrade, or a new signup.
