Matthew, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Accredited Asset Management Specialist, combines a history of working in social services with an analytic mindset to deliver comprehensive financial planning services to families in the Greater Nashville Area.Matthew graduated from the University of Tampa where he studied Psychology and Statistics. After graduation he spent eight years working with families affected by substance abuse and mental illness. His passion was fostering hope in individuals whose future was shadowed in doubt. Matthew’s empathetic nature, patience and analytic mindset aided in the facilitation of the life goal planning process. Today, Matthew helps families plan for their retirement.Matthew continues to work with the mental health and substance abuse community by volunteering his time at local non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Autism Speaks Tennessee Walk Committee and serves as Secretary on the NAMI of Davidson County Board of Directors. Much of Matthew’s free time is spent rock climbing or in Nashville's nature parks hiking or riding his bike.
