In 2013, I was introduced to the field and science of sub / supercritical co2 extractions as an alternative to conventional flammable hydrocarbon based botanical extractions. From there I continued to expand my knowledge of SCF extractions in order to continue to provide information, education, and applicable application to anyone who can benefit from this technology. I continue to study in order to understand the fundamental properties of alternative extraction methods with an increased interest in the future of supercritical fluid technology. I hope to use this knowledge to aid in the production of safe, efficient, environmentally sound, and industry acceptable extraction practices.
