National Account Manager
Current• 128% of quota since starting with company, 134% thus far in 2018 and 156% of quota over the last 5 months with a monthly quota of $55,000, on pace to do over a million dollars this year• Consistently finishes amongst the top 5 Account Managers in monthly production which consists of dials, talk time, correct contacts, proposals sent and sales• Identify client needs, develop persuasive proposals, negotiate rates/terms and coordinate comprehensive/turn-key, multi-platform advertising campaigns to drive overall revenue for local, regional and national clients to meet/exceed my established sales targets• Appointed to oversee and manage Red River Region consisting of 3 states, 11 major cities and 75 Outside Account Executives • Manage and train Outside AE’S on Salesforce, distribute leads, coordinate and ensure follow through on all appointment from pre to post sale, help with gathering information, building proposals and closing sales when needed• Tracks and monitors post sales activity ensuring the most successful advertising campaigns possible leading to a 38% renewal rate• Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Created Microsoft Office documents, spread sheets and power points to maximize productivity and show ROI• Formulate sales/closing techniques, strategies and best practices to increase closing percentage• Gather and utilize demographics, statistics, charts and other data to build the most informative and effective proposal possible• Extremely high closing percentage, ability to sell through the entire sales process from 1st contact to post sales• Involved in all aspects of production from initial writing to creation to trafficking of broadcast radio commercials• Works with a large diversity of industries (B2B and B2C) to include: Medical, Financial, Legal, Political, Government, Retail, Tech, Construction, HR/Recruiting and many more• Acquired 92 new clients since starting last October
