With a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Science Concentration from Christopher Newport University, I have been working as an IT Business Relationship Manager at Newport News Shipbuilding, since June 2019. In this role, I collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver IT solutions that support the company's strategic goals and operational needs. I also manage the service delivery and quality assurance standards for IT projects and services, ensuring compliance with industry and customer requirements. Previously, I was a Service Delivery Manager and oversaw the delivery of IT services to various business units and ensured customer satisfaction and service level agreements. I have developed skills in IT project management, industry standards, quality assurance standards, IT service management, stakeholder management, and business analysis. I am passionate about leveraging IT to enable business transformation and innovation, and I value collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
