As a self-taught cybersecurity analyst, I have dedicated myself to advancing my knowledge and skills in the field. My journey began with a focus on books, which have shaped my understanding of the cyber landscape and enabled me to earn multiple certifications, including CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, and CompTIA PenTest+. My extensive reading list includes works like "Malware Data Science: Attack Detection and Attribution" by Joshua Saxe and Hilary Sanders, "Rootkits and Bootkits: Reversing Modern Malware and Next Generation Threats" by Matrosov, Rodionov, and Bratus, and "Ethical Hacking: A Hands-On Introduction" by Graham.I have also taken advantage of online resources like the O'Reilly learning platform to supplement my studies, and I make a habit of dedicating four hours a day to cybersecurity from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday study sessions when my schedule demands it. I've found that videos can often be less efficient for learning than books, so I've taken to speeding up the video content to maximize my time.My current reading list includes "The Ghidra Book" by Eagle and Nance, "Practical Binary Analysis" by Dennis Andriesse, and "Hacking: The Art of Exploitation" by Erickson. My future reading plans include "Metasploit 5.0 for Beginners" by Rahalkar and "Black Hat Python: Programming for Hackers and Pentesters" by Seitz and Arnold.In addition to my commitment to staying fit through regular gym sessions, I also enjoy the great outdoors and spending time with my furry companions.
