The customer service industry has been a big part of my life from a young age. I began working in the Hospitality Industry at the age of 14 and haven't stopped since. After graduating from a Degree of International Hotel & Tourism Management at the University of Queensland in 2013, I took off into the world. I worked for two seasons as the Lift Operations Manager at Mt Norquay Ski Resort in Banff, Canada. During my time in this role I learnt valuable lessons in time and personnel management, as well as having to face some of the toughest weather conditions in the world. Upon returning to Australia, I slotted into a Bartending role at Archive Beer Boutique in Brisbane. Archive is one of the leading Craft Beer bars in Australia and boasts Queenslands largest selection of craft beer. Before long, I was promoted within the company to the position of Function Sales Coordinator. This role quickly evolved into a more encompassing role which saw me take on event management and also control of the social media channels for Archive Beer Boutique and Loft West End. I now find myself and unique set of skills in London in search of the perfect role for me to use my knowledge and abilities to assist in the growth and success of a company within this exciting city.
