Working in a a community treatment service with a multidisciplinary team with physiotherapists, nutritionists, occupational therapists, social workers and translators. Giving me experience working with a diverse group of clients.Primary Tasks:- Performing extensive initial assessments and risk assessments for new clients- Review clients previous and current episode of care to develop session plans - Administrative duties- Writing referrals, both internally to other practitioners and externally to GP's- Progressing clients exercise intervention to assist them in reaching a set goal

Student Placement within Deakin's Clinical exercise centre working with clients with a range of pathologies including oncology, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory disease.Primary tasks:- Developing a proficiency in SOAP notes- Leading initial and review assessments- Developing and prescribing exercise interventions to achieve both client and clinician goals

Facilitating in the preseason conditioning and Injury prevention. Also gaining experience with Catapult systems and OpenField software.

Developing and leading exercise programs with junior athletes while assisting in the development of interns.
