I lead a team of 8 Building Engineers in the operation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs of all critical infrastructure to ensure 24/7 up-time of customer loads at a co-location data center. I manage contractors on site, maintaining vender relations. I also contribute in the planning and design for expansion projects on site.

Attended 19-week Radiological Control Technician (RCT) School prior to transfer and assignment to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in Hawaii as an RCT Trainee and eventually an RTC and Section Leader.

Led three Sailors in ensuring electrical safety standards are maintained for the Department and oversaw the tool issue room program.* Conducted an electrical safety inspection and reserialization of 468 components, a complete restoration of the electrical safety and tool r issue room program after the ship's Complex Refueling Overhaul. * Cited for the timely restoration of the ship's degaussing capability directly resulting in meeting vital ship's time requirements during Flight Deck Certification.

• Served as Crew Leader and Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician and led, coordinated and executed the takedown and restoration of four major electrical switchboards for the Ship‘s Force maintenance shipyard testing.• Supervised the troubleshooting and repairing of all #2 Nuclear Reactor Plant 120V liabilities, Aft Switchgear Ventilation, and the steam plant salinity panel which resulted in timely achievement of Shore Steaming of #2 Main Machinery Room.• Cited for researching technical publications and drawings to find innovative solutions to plant problems and to further understanding of same.• Maintained one of the highest Continuous Training Exam averages of 3.10 out 4.0 resulting in selections to qualify as Load Dispatcher ahead of peer group.

Led two separate teams to repair the emergency Diesel Common Alarm Panel and Temperature Monitoring Panel leading to the successful and timely certification of both Emergency Diesel Generators.* Qualified as a Propulsion electrician three weeks early allowing Reactor Electrical Division to meet critical manning requirements. * Assisted in 174 maintenance items while personally responsible for the completion of 78 of those maintenance items. * Corrected 47 Material Condition Assessment Program discrepancies and improved the overall plant conditions.
