My name is Matthew J Mercado. I have an Associates in Fine Arts from Harrisburg Area Community College. Intermingled with my education in Theatre, I have seven plus years of customer service experience of which I excel in interpersonal skills and de escalating of what could be negative customer interactions. I have had multiple jobs that helped me in developing leadership skills and employee development/training from being a Retail Service Supervisor (RSS) at S&T Bank to being a Crew Trainer at multiple locations such as McDonalds, Red Lobster, Longhorn, and Best Buy. In my RSS role, I learned exceptional time management skills ensuring I kept on pace with all my duties and constantly thriving in being ahead of schedule. In between my work, I write vigorously even leading to having two produced plays: 2018 and 2021. Most of all, I have an ambitious and never give up attitude. I am not perfect by any means, but a person's worth is never measured by their failures but their need to push forward and bounce back. I will always strive to grow, learn, and succeed
