Responsible for business development solutions to Federal, State and Local government agencies to address alcohol misuse and related crime. Responsibilities included direct oversight of key state correctional programs (24x7 Sobriety Programs in South Dakota, North Dakota and Montana). Advocate for continuous alcohol monitoring at the national level which helped facilitate the development of programming in the tribal court arena partnering with Bureau of Indian Affairs and Dept. of Justice.

Responsible for managing national business development and program implementation opportunities within the criminal justice system for six state region. Generated 1.5 million of net new sales revenue achieving 100+% annual quota attainment while providing leadership and coordination of regional territory plan.

Responsible for providing technical assistance and program development of continuous alcohol monitoring (CAM) programs using the SCRAM transdermal alcohol monitoring system. Worked closely with Federal, State and local criminal justice organizations to develop policy, program criteria and legislation which results in the integration of CAM technology alcohol / offender management programs. Brokered a continuum of specialized offender monitoring solutions to federal, state, local agencies and private providers including voice-verification, RF & RF cellular technology, remote alcohol monitoring, active / passive GPS tracking systems and remote software access.Promoted monitoring and program accountability via site visits, staff training, sales presentations, participation in industry trade shows, criminal justice panels and local associations while implementing trials showcasing ADT technology ultimately leading to successful closing of new business.
