Graduate student at the University of Georgia, working towards a masters degree in physics with a special interest in data analysis and machine learning. Current research interests are in computational astrophysics, using large scale simulation data to analyze solar-system scale dynamics. As a graduate student, the vast majority of my work has been data analysis in Python and working with and debugging compiled languages like C and Fortran. The nature of my astrophysical work means that I am routinely performing analysis on data sets of approximately one million particles spread out of a large set of physical and/or observational regimes. Proficient in Python with SQL experience, self-taught for practical applications in research and data analysis.
