I am a Director of Ticketing and Premium Seating at the University of Richmond, where I manage all aspects of ticket operations, sales, and customer service for the athletic department. I graduated from the University of Richmond Bootcamp in Data Analytics in February 2024, where I learned how to apply data analysis techniques and tools to solve real-world problems. I also hold an MBA from Longwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Physical Education from Radford University. My core competencies include organizational management, teaching, and marketing.In my current role, I have increased the occupancy of Men's Basketball hospitality reservations by 17% to an overall 90% occupancy rate, thanks to my effective use of the Paciolan selling software system and my strong communication and relationship-building skills. I have also worked collaboratively with the director of operations and the coaches to ensure compliance with NCAA complimentary ticket regulations and policies. Previously, I was the Director of Programs at Phoebe Needles Center, Inc., where I organized and held fundraising events that raised over $12,000, designed and managed social media platforms, and coordinated food supply and preparation for various programs and events.
