About Matthew Pointon

Currently a Senior Lecturer responsible for a set undergraduate degree programmes. I teach a number of subjects predominantly user focused i.e. UX design, mobile usability testing, interface design, web standards and assistive technology use and interaction. Research interests focus on cognitive behaviours and mobile/smart testing with lab and environments. Broadly speaking this research investigates user information behavior models and technological models of mobile computing helping to support new approaches to support user testing.

Our industrial standard equipment includes eye and user tracking hardware and software.
