I assist customers in finding the right piece of jewelry to celebrate special occasions in their life or just because. I also problem solve repair issues when it came to fine jewelry pieces. Customers and potential customers come in and I've informed them, often for the first time, on important points when it comes to diamonds and other jewelry items.

I assisted customers with billing and technical issues with their XM satellite radios. Customers would often call wanting to cancel their subscriptions due to problems, I used my knowledge to solve complicated issues and help them be satisfied with the service.

I helped define the college's radio station's musical direction. Hosting a radio every week I kept up to date with current trends and predicted new waves of musical taste.
