I am responsible for multiple things, spanning from training new associates into the Helzberg Way of Sales in our 8-Steps method, to back-office duties including marketing and communication, inventory control, as well as repair and associate management. I manage a team of 6 individuals and am responsible for training all associates on new and existing events, changes to our selling methods, as well as the ability to clientele effectively to generate and maintain lasting relationships with customers. I also act as a liaison between the store associates and specialty vendors when we host events to make sure that the events progress as smoothly as possible.

I consulted for Space150, a premiere web design firm, as a Quality Assurance Consultant. I worked hand-in-hand with the staging website engineers to ensure maximum quality of product delivered to our clients. Having worked with Buffalo Wild Wings, Cambria, Forever21, Pearson's Candy and United Healthcare through various incarnations of their products has given me a familiarity with the rigors of QA testing. Product testing entailed running the website through mobile and desktop environments, spanning all web browsers and operating systems. My responsibilities also included maintaining a clear and concise dialogue with Space150's product engineers, product management teams, as well as the clients management team, both internally and remotely. I was responsible for creative and intelligent allocation of budget hours to reach deadlines.
