• Took on a Subject Matter Expert (SME) roll within the team in regards to processing wires, system knowledge, and reconciliations.
• Lead the implementation of new email servers, switching from Public Folders to Shared Mailboxes (this required research and group discussions with all team leads).
• Communicated with numerous banks, OFAC, and credit providers to fix issues that arose with wires, such as incorrect beneficiary accounts, or no ‘for further credit’ references.
• Prioritized work to make sure certain wire/trade deadlines were met, such as FX transactions.
