I am a computational biologist and data engineers with over five years of research and development experience in chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I developed methods for incorporating experimental and multiomics data into genome-scale metabolic models and analyzing microbial potential of chemicals.Currently, I work at Gatehouse Bio, a biotechnology company that leverages artificial intelligence and small RNA signatures to discover novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers. I develop and execute machine learning pipelines to identify disease signatures from next-generation sequencing data, working with partners to define key endpoints and generate insights for reports and presentations. I also work closely with bench scientists to develop novel methods for processing, analyzing, and finding insights experimental data.
