I am interested in many things and motivated to be the best. At any given time within even a single position I am taking on multiple roles and wearing multiple hats (figuratively not literally). If you need a jack of all trades who can actually be a master of some rather than a master of none then look no further. This is the candidate you are looking for. If you need more convincing though; I have a BA in History, a BEd in Adult Education, a diploma in Comedy Writing and Performance, and a diploma in Cryptozoology. I have worked in travel and tourism, retail, food service, photography, entertainment, event planning, animal care, education, and public service. These have been in or in close relation to; both private and public sector; Non-Profit; and at local, regional, national, and international levels. I have worked in offices, factories, retail locations, warehouses, information booths, at on-site events, on stage, backstage, mobile, remote, and from on top a double-decker bus. I have worked with and for family, strangers, friends and enemies alike and not once has anybody told me I didn't work hard enough or smart enough. I have a detailed knowledge of and passion for a wide variety of topics including but not limited to: History (particularly Canadian, American, Scottish, Military, Natural, Sports, and Entertainment), writing (creative, research, critical, proposals and reports, etc.), large-event planning (Festivals, Weddings, Holidays), paleontology, entomology, tinkering, pet care, political science, music and musicians from many decades and genres, movies/television and actors/filmmakers from many decades and genres, dramatic arts, professional wrestling, sports (primarily hockey, baseball, and curling), crafting, and the constant drive to know what was once unknown to me.
