I am a strong advocate of passive leadership and encouraging growth and development within my team by supporting them in both on the job training as well as via formal legal qualifications.Experienced in all facets of development work I have transacted a wide portfolio of large-scale land acquisitions and disposals as well as associated planning, construction and dispute work. I have also acted for large PLC house builders in respect of wider framework arrangements, collaboration agreements, joint ventures and large-scale construction contracts / development agreements.
