Matthew is a Managing Director at Interpath Advisory.His practice focuses on real estate and funds taxation. Matthew has extensive experience advising on the taxation of UK and European property transactions, including leading complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A transactions. He also specialises in fund structuring, real estate finance and loan portfolio transactions. Prior to joining Interpath Advisory in July 2023, Matthew was an equity partner at KPMG focusing on real estate tax, where he advised a number of Europe's largest private equity real estate investors. He was a member of the AREF tax committee and regular contributor to Tolley's Property Taxation, and Tolley's Taxation of Collective Investment Vehicles handbooks.Interpath Advisory is a financial advisory business that helps clients facing challenge or opportunity to navigate what's next.
