Also has also designed, conducted, evaluated, and taught Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Programs (HSEEP) discussions and operational based exercises and have taught agencies and facilities how to conduct their own exercises across the country at all jurisdiction and military. In addition, he has also conducted and trained All Hazards Vulnerability Assessments (AHVA) for Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CI/KR), for local, state and government agencies. Matthew always believed, ‘when you quit getting better you quit being good’; so he is continuing training to include in the Master Exercise Practitioner course and FEMA courses.
