• Responsible for maintaining computer/network systems, managing active directory & first level technical support• Maintenance for Windows Server 2008 R2 Domains, Windows XP & Windows 7 operating systems• Handling help desk request forms• First person to respond to client requests and concerns about IT infrastructure
