This process has taught and shaped me as an educator, and I truly owe what I have accomplished to those I have worked with. I’m very passionate for education; not only improving others, but also myself. It is this same passion that I bring to educational leadership, curriculum development, and the instruction of elementary school students. My specialties include curriculum research and design, primary school education, teacher training, and educational leadership. I also have extensive education and real-world experience in developing and implementing instruction for ESOL learners.What I have been able to give back to the school is perhaps where I am proudest. I have developed, mapped, and executed curriculum focused on both intraschool and standards improvement for non-native English speakers. I have led other instructors to favorable learning outcomes through team and one-on-one meeting and training exercises. Furthermore, I have successfully collaborated and implemented school-wide policies that resulted in improved behavioral and academic performance.Education is about striving to always bring the best to your pupils, being their champion when they have none, and making their world a better place. Learning is a lifelong process; I can only hope that I am able to give back to others as much as I have been granted.
