Key responsibilities include:-IT Roadmap & Project Management: Spearhead the development and execution of the DRIVIN IT Roadmap, overseeing the Project Management Office and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives. Implement an agile delivery framework to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and drive business outcomes.-P&L and Capital Budget Management: Manage the P&L and capital budgets for three departments generating over $30M in revenue. Collaborate with finance, tax, and audit teams to ensure compliance, meet financial targets, and maintain fiscal responsibility.-Data Governance & Compliance: Oversee data governance to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and legal standards for all inbound and outbound data feeds, safeguarding data integrity and security.-Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations with partners for services, goods, data, and other materials. Work closely with Legal and Procurement to vet, negotiate, and execute contracts that align with business goals and ensure favorable terms.

• Managed the Data Science Department’s Portfolio of projects. Helped organize, lead, and deliver the department’s projects and teams in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.• Developed and managed the KAR Data Science department budgets. As the PMO Manager my primary responsibilities were to manage and deliver the AFC IT Project Portfolio. This includes collaborating with the IT and business senior leadership members to develop the project portfolio and manage a team of Project Managers to deliver their assigned projects within the portfolio. I was responsible for project portfolio sequencing, portfolio risk / issue management, and portfolio budget management. As the PMO manager I was responsible for leading and mentoring a group of 7 project managers of all levels and backgrounds. Ensuring the completeness and follow through on all projects and adherence to the AFC IT Project Methodology and SOX governance rules.As the PMO Manager I introduced several Process Improvement initiatives into the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Below is a list of just a few of the Process Improvements I brought to the team: Project Estimation Standards / templates, Project Workbook (Spreadsheet listing all templates and Best practices through a project life cycle), introducing schedule contingency standards, Project Kickoff Templates, Project Charter, Project Closeout, and etc. (Salesforce.com Integration) As Program Manager I was responsible for delivering a $2.5 million dollar business critical program to migrate AFC’s legacy underwriting systems into Salesforce.com. The Project consisted of 50+ individuals at 20,000+ hours across four separate organizations and a total of 9 different tracks. I was responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the program and coordinating the tasks and milestones with each track owner. The final product was released on time and was a major success at cutting our underwriting churn times down from 35 days to 9 days.

 Project Manager for thirty plus projects ranging from software/hardware upgrades; complex integration efforts; to new web site construction. Project sizes ranged from 5,000 to 50,000 hours in total effort. Created and implemented standardized project management processes and documentation to more effectively plan, execute, and control projects.  Managed multiple projects in parallel with off shore and off site resources.  Worked with business partners to strategize development efforts that would best suite the companies needs, but with a budget conscientious approach. Created an inviting communication centric environment that facilitates a more efficient and cohesive project team. Mentored peers and project staff to heighten growth and strength while mitigating their weaknesses. Included one on ones, lessons learned, and career development training.

 Project Manager over multiple projects that included a system upgrades for over 400+ systems across 70 physical sites and a dashboard system that gave real time updates on the overall system health. Manager of a support desk with multiple employees. Converted sites to the ADESA standard application suite.
