I am currently Managing Director of Feedstock Nutrition Limited. The business was established in August 2019 to act as the exclusive New Zealand marketing representative for Cargill Australia Limited and to provide consulting services for other Cargill entities.The business is also active in the bulk food and feed raw materials supply chain at a B2B level.As a specialist provider of supply chain solutions, Feedstock Nutrition works with some of New Zealand's preeminent food producers and stock feed manufacturers to deliver competitive advantage through innovative supply chain strategy.

My history with Cargill dates back to 2008 when I was approached by Cargill Australia Limited to see if I was interested to set up the New Zealand office and establish the New Zealand business. Cargill is one of the world’s largest privately-owned organisations with 160,000 employees across 70 countries. Cargill has been in business for 150 years and is a global leader in its chosen sectors. Sales in 2019 were in excess of USD113 Billion.The New Zealand business is focused on the importation, marketing and distribution of raw materials including edible oils and stock-feed ingredients. I accepted the position and subsequently started working for Cargill in January 2009.

Following a merger of the Kuok Group and Wilmar International , I was appointed General Manager of CTG Wilmar (New Zealand).

Kerry (New Zealand) Limited was a business operating across New Zealand and Australia and majority owned by The Kuok Group (Singapore). I started as a ‘Trader’ at Kerry, and progressed rapidly in experience, responsibility and job scope, to ‘General Manager and Director’, with PNL responsibility for the New Zealand and Australian businesses. I was also appointed to the position of General Manager, CTG Wilmar New Zealand Pty Ltd following a merger of our parent company. Kerry was a significantly large, conservative, low profile, private organisation.
