As Deputy CFO of the global infrastructure investment company Infratil Limited, I lead the reporting and forecasting function across a geographically diverse portfolio comprising investments in renewable energy, digital infrastructure, airports, and healthcare businesses.As part of this role, I am actively involved in Infratil's portfolio management and strategy, including having worked on all of Infratil's recent acquisitions and divestments. This includes the $3.4 billion acquisition and integration of Vodafone New Zealand into the Infratil portfolio in 2019, and more recently, the acquisition of the remaining 49.9% stake in the now-renamed One NZ by Infratil for $1.8 billion in June 2023. I also played a lead role in the Equity Capital Markets activity that supported both transactions – helping to raise over $1.6 billion of new equity over three raises between May 2019 and June 2023.I play an integral part in Infratil’s Investor Relations, supporting the Institutional Investor program, planning our annual Investor Days, and presenting Infratil’s annual Retail Investor roadshows. In 2023, the Retail roadshow included 15 presentations across New Zealand, reaching over 1,500 individual shareholders.I am also fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with our portfolio companies. This involves building broad relationships across these organisations as it relates to reporting, investor relations, and the implementation of their business strategies. More formally, I currently perform asset management roles in relation to One NZ and Wellington Airport, including sitting on the board of Wellington Airport and chairing their Audit Committee.I am also involved in Infratil's Sustainability and Risk Management programs, which has included contributing to the development of Infratil’s sustainability framework and reporting and the preparation of Infratil’s inaugural Climate Related Disclosures.In 2020, I was proud to be recognised as a finalist in the Young Executive of the Year category at the Deloitte Top 200 awards.https://infratil.com/ https://hrlmorrison.com/
